政绩观是领导价值观中的核心理念,它引导、规范着为官者的行为方式,并在领导者的工作实绩中得以体现。科学政绩观是在完善社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,党和国家对领导干部提出的新要求,也是为保障科学发展观的落实而对领导干部的思想观念、行为方式提出的新要求。在当前,总结政绩观方面的经验教训,以科学的政绩观指导工作,对于有效发挥领导干部的作用具有十分重要的意义。
The concept of performance is the core concept in the leadership values. It guides and regulates the behavior of officials and manifests itself in the performance of leaders.
