Objective: To investigate the effect of oligohydramnios and umbilical artery blood flow abnormalities on pregnancy outcome. Methods: From January 2006 to January 2006, patients with oligohydramnios were enrolled in this study. The clinical data of 100 cases were collected, and the amniotic fluid volume and S / D of umbilical artery blood flow were measured by B ultrasound. Results: Fetal distress rate, neonatal asphyxia, perinatal mortality and cesarean section rate in patients with oligohydramnios combined with abnormal S / D value of umbilical artery blood flow were significantly higher than those in control group. CONCLUSIONS: In oligohydramnios and abnormal umbilical artery blood flow, the outcome of pregnancy is directly affected. Therefore, the status of fetus can be accurately evaluated as soon as possible by B-monitoring of amniotic fluid volume and umbilical arterial flow S / D, termination of pregnancy and perinatal sickness Morbidity and mortality.
