挖掘机在工作过程中制动频繁,能量损耗大,为了回收制动回转过程中的能量,设计了液压混合动力挖掘机的回转系统,利用蓄能器回收制动能量,同时阐述了液压混合动力的工作原理,并进行了试验研究和分析.结果表明:液压混合动力降低了液压泵的功率损耗和液压马达的压力波动.在节能方面蓄能器的能量回收效率达到74.75%,达到了节能的目的.
