十届全国人大五次会议审议通过的《中华人民共和国物权法》(以下简称《物权法》)将于2007年10月1日起施行。6月20日,农业部和全国人大农业与农村委员会联合在上海召开贯彻实施《物权法》暨渔业政策座谈会,研究部署渔业系统贯彻实施《物权法》工作。全国人大农业与农村委员会主任委员刘明祖、农业部副部长牛盾、国务院法制办农业资源与环境保护司司长王振江出席会议并讲话。
The “Real Right Law of the People's Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as “Real Right Law”), which was reviewed and approved by the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress, will come into force on October 1, 2007. On June 20, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agriculture and Rural Committee of the NPC jointly held a symposium on implementing “Property Law” and fishery policies in Shanghai to study the deployment of the fisheries system and to implement the “Property Law”. Liu Mingzu, chairman of the NPC's Agriculture and Rural Committee, Niu Dun, vice minister of agriculture, and Wang Zhenjiang, director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council Legislative Affairs Office of Agricultural Resources and Environment Protection attended and addressed the meeting.
