目的 探讨某些生理因素对健康人血细胞流式细胞术检测参数的影响。方法 采用流式细胞术对 88例不同年龄和性别健康成人血细胞的 3 2项检测指标进行对比分析。结果 在不同年龄受检者中 ,随着年龄增加 ,主要免疫指标出现逐渐减低的变化 ,并呈明显的负相关 ,细胞增殖活性、凋亡水平和基因表达蛋白出现逐渐增高的变化 ,并呈明显的正相关。不同性别受检者的各项参数均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 受检者的年龄对血细胞流式细胞术检测参数有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of certain physiological factors on blood cell flow cytometry detection parameters in healthy people. Methods Flow cytometry was used to compare the analysis of 88 blood cells in healthy adults of different ages and genders. Results Among the subjects of different ages, the main immune parameters gradually decreased with increasing age, and showed a significant negative correlation. The cell proliferation activity, apoptosis level, and gene expression protein gradually increased, showing obvious changes. Positive correlation. There were no significant differences in the parameters of different sex subjects (P > 0.05). Conclusions The age of the subject has a significant effect on the parameters of blood cell flow cytometry.
