本文用金相显微分析法考察了钢件的原始组织状态、加热速度、临界淬火温度、在亚临界区(Ac_1~Ac_3)内停留的温度及停留时间、冷却速度、冷塑性变形等工艺因素对30CrMnsiA钢件在反向加热时发生的组织遗传的影响。结合近年来非平衡态钢加热转变的研究成果,对组织遗传性的机理进行了一定的讨论,同时对苏联学者等有关钢的组织遗传现象和规律进行了某些补充,对遗传机理、奥氏体自发再结晶过程、相变过程中产生的三种无序效应(无特定位向关系)等方面提出了自己的看法。为进一步寻求可靠而简便的预防和改正钢件粗大组织的遗传,提供一些依据和方法。
In this paper, metallographic microscopic analysis was used to investigate the microstructure of 30CrMnsiA steel, including the initial microstructure, heating rate, critical quenching temperature, temperature and residence time in the subcritical zone (Ac_1 ~ Ac_3), cooling rate and cold plastic deformation The effect of tissue inheritance on steel heating in the reverse direction. In order to further seek a reliable and easy to prevent and correct the genetic organization of the coarse steel, provide some basis and method.
