用中药清热凉血方对32例慢性乙肝患者的外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）进行体外培养，并用各自相同浓度PBMC体外培养作为对照，采用双单克隆抗体夹心ELISA法测定其培养上清液中IL—8含量。结果表明，该中药方能有效抑制慢性乙肝患者PBMCIL—8的分泌（P＜0．001）。
Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 32 patients with chronic hepatitis B were cultured in vitro with the traditional Chinese medicine Qingre Coolang recipe and their respective concentrations of PBMC cultured in vitro were used as controls. The culture supernatant was determined by double monoclonal antibody sandwich ELISA. IL-8 content. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine can effectively inhibit the secretion of PBMCIL-8 in patients with chronic hepatitis B (P<0.001).
