当前买车买房需求的回调有必然性,尤其对控制房地产泡沫化趋势非常必要。但同时也要认识到,我国住行为主的消费结构升级还有较大的不稳定性。积极扩大消费,巩固内需增长基础,首先要解决住行需求增长不稳定的问题,把消费结构升级尽快引入平稳可持续的轨道。
