长期以来,就业是困扰大学生的难题,而就业渠道的选择及其对策是大学生职业生涯规划中极为重要的一环。因此,引导大学生恰当选择就业渠道是实现高校毕业生有效就业的首要问题。一般来说,大学生在择业时应当通过网申、宣讲会、招聘会等就业渠道把自己"推销"出去,实现与用人单位的双向选择。
