“只要上路,一定会遇到庆典”这是一位自称为教育行者的一句话。是的,我也反思,只要上路,也一定会遇到荆棘。庆典固然重要,但荆棘更为重要。我们主题教研的研究过程可以用这样几个字来概括:“找、思、行、斩、换、创。”找:即寻找、发现。寻找教育教学中的不足,发现待改进、待完善的问题。寻找方法、寻找解决问题的策略。因为教育就是在诸多的问题当中萌发、生长、并不断追求完美的一种机制、一种手段、或者是一种行为,它需要我们不断地追寻、查找、发现。主题教研恰恰就抓住了这教育的基础的基础。找到了问题也就找到了主题,有了主题也就有了教育研究的“标本”。
