5月20日,中国知识产权研究会在北京召开了保护知识产权专家座谈会。与会专家回顾了我国知识产权法建设所取得的成绩,对美国政府拟以所谓保护知识产权不力为由对我国实行贸易制裁作出反应。 出席座谈会的专家来自中国专利局,国家工商行政管理局商标局、商标评审委员会,最高人民法院,国家版权局,中国软件登记中心,中家教委,中国科学院,中国社会科学院,贸促会,文化部,广电部,海关总署,外经贸部,中国人民大学北京航空航天大学及其他有关单位。
On May 20, the China Intellectual Property Research Association held a symposium on the protection of intellectual property in Beijing. The participating experts reviewed the achievements made in the construction of China's intellectual property law and responded to the U.S. government's intention to impose trade sanctions on China's grounds on the basis of the so-called weak protection of intellectual property rights. Experts attending the symposium came from the Patent Office of China Patent Office, Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, Supreme People's Court, State Copyright Administration, China Software Registration Center, Central Education Commission, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, CCPIT, Ministry of Culture , Radio and Television Department, General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Renmin University of China Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other relevant units.
