绩效考核是改善企业效益的重要途径之一,然而当前企业绩效考核存在不少问题,导致企业绩效考核往往浮于一种形式,效果不佳。这其中的原因是多方面的,我们必须从思想上重视、方法上改进、制度上强化等方面来解决企业绩效考核的问题,让企业绩效考核朝着更加良性合理的方向发展。
Performance evaluation is one of the important ways to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. However, there are many problems in the current enterprise performance evaluation, resulting in the performance evaluation of enterprises often floating in one form and the effect is not good. This is due to many reasons. We must solve the problem of enterprise performance appraisal in terms of ideological emphasis, methodological improvement, institutional strengthening, and so on, and let the performance evaluation of enterprises move toward a more benign and rational direction.
