提高党校管理课的教学质量,除了要明确培养目标,端正指导思想,发扬优良传统,加强基础建设外,还必须在教学方法上进行一番卓有成效的改革。这是因为管理本身不仅是科学,而且是艺术;不仅需要知识的积累,更着重于才能的综合运用。管理课的教学不能袭用老一套的老师讲、学生听、重视理论灌输,忽视能力培养的作法,而必须代之以针对党校学员特点的重在培养和训练学员实际工作能力的新的教学方法。江苏省委党校经济管理教研室近年由围绕提高学员的管理和领导能力,在教学方法改革上作了如下一些尝试。 (一)改革课堂注入式,提倡自学为主,培养
