目前,井下使用的JD-11.4型调度绞车工作闸手柄没有定位闭锁装置。运行中,如矿车在坡道上脱轨、需要停车或其它原因不能运行时,司机刹车后还必须牢牢地握住制动手柄,以防矿车下滑。在有关标准中明确规定“井下小绞车操作手柄应有定位闭锁装置”。为此,我们自制了这种装置,如下图所示。经试验完全达到了要求,结构合理,紧凑,安装容易,操作方便,现已在我局各矿推广使用。该装置由锁柄、拉杆、弹簧、导向套、齿
