一年一度的职称评审中,对于一些饱受论文“折磨”的教师而言,他们最大的心声就是取消职称评审中的论文要求。这样,他们职评路上就没有“拦路虎”了。笔者认为,对于一些教师因论文失分而未评上职称这件事应理性看待,至于有人借机鼓吹取消论文更是因噎废食。发表论文与职称评审挂钩虽然有它的不合理之处,可是,如果我们换个角度想一想,假如职称不与论文挂钩,那么很可能出现这样的情况,一些既没有教学水平也没有科
