文献信息传递是满足个性化需要、促进信息资源公共获取的重要措施。文章通过实例比较研究了文献信息传递的商务模式与公益性模式的不同特点;提出了推进我国文献信息传递工作的市场驱动、保持合理的价格、注重社会效益和保护版权等的对策建议。
Document information delivery is to meet individual needs, and promote public access to information resources is an important measure. The article compares and studies the different characteristics of the business model and public welfare model of document information delivery through examples. Proposed countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote market-driven document delivery in our country, maintain reasonable prices, pay attention to social benefits and copyright protection.
