一、前言容量法自动滴定有不少文献报导。1948年Lingane开始采用注射器作为计量器件以来已有很多改进。近年已用步进电机推进,根据步进脉冲数计算体积,并由微处理机作数据处理和程序控制。在自动滴定的体积计量上,采用活塞式的方案已有三十多年历史,它的优点是计量精度高(已达微升级),温度、溶液性质等因素影响较小,重现性好。故普遍用于各种自动滴定仪中。但活塞式计量器件及其自动推进系统的加工精度要求很高,价格贵;计量精度受注射器直径影响;有因磨损造成精度下降和粘结等问题。为克服这些缺点,曾采用新的原理进行过计量的研究,如计滴数,用计算机控制
I. INTRODUCTION Volumetric auto-titration has many reports in the literature. Since Lingane started to use syringes as metrology devices in 1948, there have been many improvements. In recent years has been used to promote the stepper motor, calculated according to the number of steps pulse volume, and by the microprocessor for data processing and program control.
