通过难溶双氮桥联菲咯啉大环化合物H2 HAPP的三氟醋酸盐在混合溶剂中的去质子化反应制备了该大环化合物的均相溶液 ,并且获得了该大环化合物的高分辨率紫外 -可见光谱 .利用 pH滴定法研究了H2 HAPP在二氯甲烷 /甲醇(体积比为 1∶1 )混合溶剂中的质子化反应 .结果表明 ,该大环化合物环外的两个氮原子可以在不同 pH值下分别被质子化 .光谱滴定实验结果显示 ,在二氯甲烷 /甲醇溶液体系中 ,Co2 + 、Cu2 + 和Zn2 + 均容易与双氮桥联菲咯啉大环化合物进行均相配位反应
A homogeneous solution of the macrocyclic compound was prepared by deprotonation of the trifluoroacetate bridged with phenanthroline macrocyclic H2 HAPP by a poorly soluble bis- Resolution UV-Vis spectra.The protonation of H2 HAPP in a mixed solvent of dichloromethane / methanol (1: 1 by volume) was studied by pH titration.The results showed that the two nitrogen The atoms can be protonated respectively at different pH values.The results of spectral titration showed that Co2 +, Cu2 + and Zn2 + were easily bridged with dinitro bridged phenanthroline macrocyclic compounds in dichloromethane / methanol solution system Homogeneous coordination reaction
