目的了解在2型糖尿病患者中开展饮食干预实施的效果,为制定下一步干预措施提供基础依据。方法选取某社区卫生服务中心门诊已确诊并建档管理的2型糖尿病患者149例。干预期间患者常规用药方案不变,采取健康促进干预措施。干预前后对患者进行糖尿病相关知识调查及有关生化指标检测,以观察干预效果。结果干预后,患者对糖尿病相关知识的认知情况较干预前明显提高(P<0.01);空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白比干预前显著降低(P<0.05);血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇虽比干预前降低,但变化差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论社区开展饮食干预对2型糖尿病患者效果满意,值得在社区慢病管理工作中推广。
Objective To understand the effect of diet intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and provide the basis for further intervention. Methods A total of 149 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed and managed by a community health service center were selected. During the intervention routine medication program unchanged, to take health promotion interventions. Before and after intervention in patients with diabetes-related knowledge survey and biochemical tests to observe the intervention effect. Results After intervention, the patients’ knowledge of diabetes was significantly higher than before intervention (P <0.01); fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those before intervention (P <0.05); serum triglyceride and Although total cholesterol was lower than before intervention, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The community dietary intervention is satisfactory for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and is worth promoting in community chronic disease management.
