作者通过对测试机构的试验,以及对铸铁的测定,确定了铸铁共晶膨胀力的测试方法。采用试样尺寸为φ30×350,煤粉砂湿型,测力元件为电阻应变式拉压传感器,测温点在直浇口与测力端中点,传递力的构件为φ8石英玻璃棒,配备二次仪表以进行连续动态测定。通过对白口铁、灰铁、球铁、蠕铁的最大共晶膨胀力的动态测定,记录下温度与力的关系曲线,所测共晶膨胀力依次递增。对灰铁的测试结果重复性较好,其共晶膨胀力的统计值为:(?)=28.3公斤,σ=6.4公斤。所测数据与国外同类型装置所测数据相接近。作者根据本试验研究结果,设计并试制了“ZSP铸铁共晶膨胀力测定仪”。现经鉴定,并已小批量生产。
