采用失重法和电化学方法,研究了半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸对盐酸介质中碳钢的缓蚀作用。失重实验结果表明:半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸的用量为800mg/L时,对碳钢的缓蚀率仅分别为66.61%和62.44%。与蛋氨酸相比,半胱氨酸与环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐有较好的协同作用,组分质量比为1∶1,总用量为1 600mg/L,缓蚀率达到91.05%。在三元配方中,半胱氨酸、环烷基咪唑啉季铵盐和六次甲基四胺(HMTA)具有明显的协同效应,组分质量比为2∶5∶5,总用量为120mg/L,缓蚀率达到95.98%。极化曲线和交流阻抗测试结果与失重法的实验结果一致,且一元、二元、三元缓蚀剂均为混合型缓蚀剂。
The effects of cysteine and methionine on corrosion inhibition of carbon steel in hydrochloric acid medium were studied by weight loss method and electrochemical method. The results of weight loss experiment showed that the corrosion inhibition rate of carbon steel was only 66.61% and 62.44% when the dosage of cysteine and methionine was 800mg / L. Compared with methionine, cysteine and cycloalkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt have a good synergistic effect, the mass ratio of 1: 1, the total amount of 1 600mg / L, the inhibition rate of 91.05%. In the ternary formula, the cysteine, the cycloalkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) has a significant synergistic effect, the mass ratio of components is 2: 5: 5, the total amount of 120mg / L, corrosion inhibition rate of 95.98%. Polarization curves and AC impedance test results are consistent with the experimental results of weight loss method, and one, two yuan, ternary corrosion inhibitor are mixed inhibitors.
