二级雄性Wistar大鼠 35只 ,随机分为 7组 ,每组 5只 ,1组为空白对照 ,其余 6组为辐照组以 98.5 5W cm2 的脉冲微波辐照动物 ,辐照后 1、6、2 4h和 7、1 4、2 8d分别采血 ,用Coulter JTIR全自动生化仪进行测定 ,所有数据经Spss8.0统计软件处理 .辐射后 1h,CRE明显增高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而TP、ALB、AST、LD1、CK、ALP及CHOL均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;辐射后 6h,其CRE明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而TP、ALB、LD1、ALP及CHOL均明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;辐照后 2 4h,其ALT、GLU、BUN、CRE、AST、LD和HBDH明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而ALB和CHOL则明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;辐照后 7d,其ALT、ALB、GLU、CRE、CK MB和GGT明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而BUN和LD1则明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;辐照后 1 4d ,其CRE、LD、CK MB和GGT明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而TP和CHOL则明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;辐照后 2 8d,其ALT、TP、BUN和CRE明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而ALB、AST、LD1、CK、ALP和CHOL则明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) .提示HPPMW可引起大鼠血清多种酶、蛋白及代谢产物的紊乱 ,既有早期影响 ,也表现为一定的持续效应 .HPPMW可能引起大鼠多系统、多脏器的损伤
Twenty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups with 5 rats in each group. One group was blank control group, and the other 6 groups were irradiated by pulse microwave at 98.5 5W cm2. , 24 h and 7, 14, 28 d respectively, all the data were measured by Coulter JTIR automatic biochemical analyzer, and all the data were processed by Spss 8.0 statistical software.After 1 h of radiation, CRE was significantly increased (P <0.01) While the levels of TP, ALB, AST, LD1, CK, ALP and CHOL were significantly decreased (P <0.05) ALP and CHOL were significantly decreased (P <0.05); ALT, GLU, BUN, CRE, AST, LD and HBDH were significantly increased 24 h after irradiation CHOL significantly decreased (P <0.05); ALT, ALB, GLU, CRE, CK MB and GGT increased significantly (P <0.05) on the 7th day after irradiation, while BUN and LD1 decreased significantly (P <0.05). At 14 days after irradiation, CRE, LD, CK MB and GGT were significantly increased (P <0.05), but TP and CHOL were significantly decreased (P <0.01) ), ALT, TP, BUN and CRE increased significantly (P <0.05), but ALB, AST, LD1, CK, ALP and CHOL decreased significantly (P <) Suggest that HPPMW can cause a variety of serum enzymes, proteins and metabolites of the disorder, both early effect, but also showed some sustained effect.HPPMW may cause multiple system injury in rats, multiple organ damage
