1 前言 内燃机气缸套内壁利用等离子束快速扫描硬化处理是近年在国内发展较快的一项技术,由山东矿业学院材料工程研究所与泰安市中天等离子机械公司合作开发研制的“DQW—1型气缸套等离子合金强化机床”,其鉴定结论为“……具有很高的学术、技术水平及实际应用价值,是缸套表面强化技术和等离子工业应用领域的一项重大创新。……所研制的气缸套等离子合金化专用机床……属国际首创,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,适合大范围推广应用。气缸套等离子合金化技术和专用机床研究成果居国际先进水平”。
