患者女,38岁。1989年12月因带环妊娠50天在当地医院行人流加取环术。病人自述在当时吸宫时疼痛较厉害,也未取出节育环。术后曾在我院X光透环,X光报告:在耻骨联合上偏右距正中线3.0cm处发现节育环影。于1992年5月14日来我院要求取环。查体:一般状态佳,平脉平温。心肺理诊正常。妇科检查:子宫及左附件未见异常。
