B-J蛋白具有热凝溶的性质已被人们所熟知,但有些B-J蛋白亦有冷沉淀的性质,称为冷B-J蛋白。冷B-J蛋白在冷球蛋白中是十分罕见的一种,自1962年Varriale发现第1例以来,至今仅有9例报告。此9例中,除1例为IgD型骨髓瘤病人外,其他皆为B-J型骨髓瘤。国内,尚未见有类似报道。最近,我们发现一例IgA型骨髓瘤伴有尿冷B-J蛋白。本
The properties of B-J proteins that are thermally coagulative are well known, but some B-J proteins are also cryoprecipitate and are referred to as cold B-J proteins. Cold B-J protein is a very rare one in cryoglobulins, and since the first case was discovered in 1962 by Varriale, only 9 cases have been reported. Of these 9 cases, all but one were IgD-type myeloma patients and all were B-J myeloma. Domestic, have not seen a similar report.
