目的采用宁夏黄河淡水养殖的鱼角膜行人眼角膜移植术进行临床研究。方法在无菌操作下摘除鲜活鱼眼球,常规钻、切所需植片,按常规角膜移植手术步骤进行板层移植9例9眼。结果随观6~84个月,5例复发性翼状胬肉中,4例植片愈合完好、透明,1例植片自溶,形成斑翳,胬肉再未复发;3例边缘性角膜溃疡穿孔移植片愈合,穿孔治愈,1例石灰烧伤后全角膜血管翳移植片成活,微混,视力由术前0.05增至0.4。结论在无同种角膜材料情况下,鱼角膜可在临床中应用。
Objective To study the fish corneal keratoplasty using freshwater aquaculture in the Yellow River of Ningxia. Methods Fresh fish eyes were removed under aseptic conditions. Conventional drilling and slicing were performed. 9 cases (9 eyes) underwent conventional corneal transplantation procedures. The results with the observation of 6 to 84 months, 5 cases of recurrent pterygium, 4 cases of healed well intact, transparent, 1 case of autolysis, the formation of cantharidin, pterygium and then no recurrence; 3 cases of borderline corneal ulcer Perforation of the graft healed, perforation cured, 1 case of whole-blood corneal calcification burned lime graft survived, micro-mixed, visual acuity increased from preoperative 0.05 to 0.4. Conclusion In the absence of all kinds of corneal material, fish cornea can be used clinically.
