广州市临床输血研究所及其门诊部成立庆典暨临床输血座谈会于1994年7月18日在广州血液中心举行,广州市卫生局领导及广州市各大医院血液科及输血科(血库)负责人到会。著名血液学专家杨天楹教授主持了临床输血座谈会,中山医科大学附一院庞国元教授、潘辉教授,广州医学院二附院刘泽霖教授、刘帜翘教授,广东省人民医院黄梓伦主任医师等知名专家在座谈会上发了言。专家们肯定了成立这个研究所的必要性,并对她的发展方向提出了宝贵意见。广州血液中心主任蔡镇主持了庆典仪式,江朝富副主任宣读了广州市有关部门同意成立广州市临床输血研究所及其门诊部的批文,并介绍了研究所现状及对外开展的服务项目。广州市卫生局党委书记范孟浩向该所顾问杨天楹教授颁发了聘书,副局长赖国光同志代表卫生局致贺词。会后与会代表兴致勃勃地参观了临床输血研究所。
The establishment ceremony and clinical blood transfusion seminar of Guangzhou Institute of Clinical Blood Transfusion and its outpatient department was held on July 18, 1994 at Guangzhou Blood Center. He was responsible for the Department of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (Blood Bank) of Guangzhou City Health Bureau and major hospitals in Guangzhou. People will attend. Prof. Yang Tianyi, a famous hematology expert, presided over the Clinical Blood Transfusion Symposium, Prof. Pang Guoyuan and Prof. Pan Hui of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences, Prof. Liu Zelin and Prof. Liu Qiqiao of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and Prof. Huang Huanglun, MD, Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital, and other renowned experts. At the forum, a statement was made. The experts affirmed the necessity of establishing this institute and provided valuable suggestions for her development. Cai Zhen, the director of Guangzhou Blood Center, presided over the ceremony. Deputy Director Jiang Chaofu read out the approval of the relevant departments of Guangzhou City to establish the Guangzhou Institute of Clinical Blood Transfusion Research and its outpatient department, and introduced the current status of the institute and the services it developed. Fan Menghao, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau, issued a letter of appointment to the consultant, Professor Yang Tianyi, and Deputy Secretary Lai Guoguang addressed a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Health Bureau. After the meeting, the participants visited the Institute for Clinical Blood Transfusion.
