为保护价格评估当事人的合法权益,促进公平竞争,我国将健全价格评估市场准入制度。《价格评估管理条例》等法规正在制订中。 据悉,国家计委将按《价格评估机构管理办法》的规定,全面开展对全社会价格评估机构的资质确认,对不符合条件,执业水平差,采取不正当手段竞争的价格评估机构,要限期整顿。并建议有关部门尽快出台《价格评估管理条例》、《涉案物品价格鉴证管理办法》,抓紧制定《价格评估机构资质确认实施细则》、《交通事故定损管理办法》、《走私物品估价鉴定管理办法》
