固定化猪胰腺细胞移植治疗糖尿病小鼠的实验观察

用链脲霉素制备合格的糖尿病模型小鼠24只,随机分为3组:对照1组为生理盐水组,对照2组为植入猪胰腺细胞组,治疗组为植入用免疫隔离膜包裹的猪胰腺细胞组。植入量均为100mg。结果表明:治疗组小鼠在完全停用胰岛素的情况下,于第7天左右血糖水平可降至8.11±3.06mmol/L并能维持2~4.5个月,与对照1、2组19.67±2.45mmol/L和13。44±2,57mmol/L相比均有显著差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。可见免疫隔离膜具有良好的生物膜性,可以有效地避免宿主抗移植物的排斥反应,使猪胰腺细胞在小鼠体内仍具有生物功能。 Twenty four diabetic mice were randomly divided into three groups: control group 1 was saline group, control group 2 was implanted porcine pancreatic cell group, and the treatment group was implanted with immunosensorial membrane Porcine pancreatic cell group. It can be seen that the immunoisolating membrane has good biofilm property and can effectively prevent the rejection of the host against the graft, so that the porcine pancreatic cells still have biological functions in mice.
