用链脲霉素制备合格的糖尿病模型小鼠24只,随机分为3组:对照1组为生理盐水组,对照2组为植入猪胰腺细胞组,治疗组为植入用免疫隔离膜包裹的猪胰腺细胞组。植入量均为100mg。结果表明:治疗组小鼠在完全停用胰岛素的情况下,于第7天左右血糖水平可降至8.11±3.06mmol/L并能维持2~4.5个月,与对照1、2组19.67±2.45mmol/L和13。44±2,57mmol/L相比均有显著差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。可见免疫隔离膜具有良好的生物膜性,可以有效地避免宿主抗移植物的排斥反应,使猪胰腺细胞在小鼠体内仍具有生物功能。
