自从2001年提出“再造一千个柳传志”的口号后,全球著名的领导力管理顾问公司Hay(合益)集团大中华区总裁陈玮一直被问及一个问题:如何再造柳传志?在完成了“中国卓越企业领导人素质研究”项目之后,陈玮有意联手《中国企业家》等国内外著名媒体机构,启动一个“中国未来卓越企业领导人培养计划”。在陈玮看来,要想赢在未来,中国必须整合全球的资源,集中优势兵力,迅速地建立起全国性的培养中国企业领导人和职业经理人的支持系统。
