通过调查分析发现,高校在开展非学历教育的过程中,还存在各种各样的问题。如缺乏专业是师资队伍、教学模式不合理、制度保障体系不完善、不重视非学历教育等,这些问题均在一定程度上制约了非学历教育工作的开展,影响了非学历教育的教学质量。因此,高校要充分认识到非学历教育的重要性,积极组建专业化的师资队伍,统一思想,建设良好的教学环境,保证非学历教育的持续、有效的开展。
Through the investigation and analysis, we found that there are various problems in the process of non-diploma education in colleges and universities. Such as the lack of professional teachers, unreasonable teaching mode, imperfect system of security system, non-academic education, etc., to a certain extent, these problems restrict the development of non-academic education, affecting the non-academic education of teaching quality. Therefore, colleges and universities should fully recognize the importance of non-academic education, actively organize professional teachers, unify their thinking, build a good teaching environment and ensure the non-academic education will be carried out continuously and effectively.
