矿山机械另件在变负荷下进行疲劳强度计算时通过实测作载荷谱的方法太复杂和太花时间,而且需要很多测试仪表和专业知识,故其应用目前还受到一定限制。而现在广泛使用的直接接等幅载荷来进行疲劳强度计算的方法,其计算结果又与实际情况出入颇大,故不宜采用。 本文在参考国外一些试验研究成果的基础上,通过概率论和数理统计的方法,计算和推荐了各种矿山机械的载荷折算系数值,并把这些系数值用于疲劳强度计算中去,得到比直接按等幅载荷计算要精确的计算结果,证明在不具备测试条件的情况下,用这种简易计算方法对矿山机械另件进行快速而又较准确的疲劳强度计算,有较大的实用价值。
