经国家经济贸易委员会批准,由铁道部直接领导的中国华运铁路旅游集团于1995年10月12日召开大会,宣告正式成立。集团成员代表、有关部门的负责人和首都新闻界人士共200余人出席了成立大会。铁道部部长韩杼滨、国家旅游局常务副局长何光(日韦)、北京市旅游局局长董春生出席会议并讲了话。中国旅游协会常务副会长王尔康到会宣读中国旅游协会给大会的贺信。
With the approval of the State Economic and Trade Commission, China Huayun Railway Traveling Group, directly under the leadership of the Ministry of Railways, convened a meeting on October 12, 1995, declaring the formal establishment. Group members, heads of relevant departments and people in the capital press a total of more than 200 people attended the inaugural meeting. Minister of Ministry of Railways Han Binbin, Deputy Director General of CNTA He Guang (day Wei), Beijing Tourism Bureau Director Dong Chunsheng attended the meeting and made a speech. Wang Erkang, executive vice president of China Tourism Association, will read out a congratulation message from the China Tourism Association on the conference.
