本文探讨大鼠脑缺血 再灌注的免疫损伤及复方水蛭合剂对其影响。检测Wistar大鼠脑缺血 再灌注模型的脑匀浆、血清补体C3、C4和NO含量及其病理改变。结果显示模型组脑匀浆、血清补体C3、C4和NO含量较正常组高 (P <0 0 1,0 0 0 1) ,出现明显病理改变 ;药物组脑匀浆、血清补体C3、C4和NO含量明显低于模型组 (P <0 0 1,0 0 5 ) ,病理损伤比模型组轻。认为复方水蛭合剂可降低脑缺血 再灌注大鼠补体C3、C4和NO含量 ,有抗脑缺血 再灌注免疫损伤作用。
This article discusses the immune damage induced by cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats and the effect of compound Shuizhu mixture on it. The contents of brain homogenate, complement C3, C4, and NO in Wistar rat brain ischemia reperfusion model were detected and pathological changes were detected. The results showed that the brain homogenates, serum complement C3, C4, and NO levels were higher in the model group than in the normal group (P < 0.01, 0 0 01), with obvious pathological changes; brain homogenate, serum complements C3, C4, and The content of NO was significantly lower than that of the model group (P < 0.01, 0.05), and the pathological damage was lighter than that of the model group.
