怎样才能提高课堂效率?通过多年的实践发现:引导学生自主学习,能收到显著效果。有效倾听能够促进学生主动参与研究式的学习,可以从以下几点来做:第一,给学生创造轻松的倾听的环境,引领学生听后思考的习惯。第二,养成倾听习惯,提升小组讨论交流与合作功能。第三,仔细倾听,鼓励学生勇敢地提问。作为教师,当你在备课时心中装着学生,把教案变成学案,不同的学生才会有不同的收获,每个学生都能获得发展。
