随着时代的发展,国民经济实力的提高,资产证券化已经成为了社会经济体系中十分常见的一种金融创新工具。在发达国家已经有成功运行经验。我国自2005年开始资产证券化业务试点以来,发展缓慢,受美国金融危机影响,一度进入停滞阶段。重启后,又面临着一些障碍,随着资产证券化业务国际形式的不断推进,需要深入研究资产证券化在中国的发展状况,文章亦提出相应改善措施。
With the development of the times and the improvement of national economic strength, asset securitization has become a very common financial innovation tool in the social economy. In developed countries already have successful operating experience. Since the start of the Pilot Securitization Business in 2005, our country has experienced a slow development and was temporarily in a stage of stagnation due to the financial crisis in the United States. After the restart, there are still some obstacles. As the internationalization of the asset securitization business progresses, it is necessary to study the development status of asset securitization in China. The article also proposes corresponding improvement measures.
