为观察不同静脉麻醉药在小儿眼科手术中麻醉效果和对机体影响 ,6 8例择期手术病人随机分成 3组给药 ,A组 :氯胺酮 +安定 +r-OH ,B组 :氯胺酮 +杜冷丁 +氟哌定 ,C组 :r -OH +氟哌定 +芬太尼。结果发现麻醉效果B组很好 ,A组较好 ,C组较差。呼吸抑制程度 ,A、C两组均小于B组。SPO2 、PaO2 值 :C组与A组比较降低 (P <0 0 5)。PaCO2 值 :C组与B组比较增加 (P <0 0 5) ,C组与A组比较增加 (P <0 0 1)。IOP值 :C组与B组比较增加 (P <0 0 5)。苏醒时间 :A组长于C组 ,C组长于B组。恶心呕吐发生 :A组 6次 ,B组2次 ,C组 1次。说明A组配方最好 ,B组较好 ,C组较差
To observe the effects of different intravenous anesthetics on pediatric ophthalmic surgery and their effects on the body, 68 patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A: ketamine + diazepam + r-OH; group B: ketamine + dolantin + Haloperidol, group C: r-OH + droperidol + fentanyl. The results showed that anesthesia B group is very good, A group is better, C group is poor. Respiratory depression, A, C both groups were less than the B group. SPO2, PaO2 values: C group and A group decreased (P <0 05). PaCO2 value: C group and B group increased (P <0 05), C group and A group increased (P <0 01). IOP value: C group and B group increased (P <0 05). Wake up time: A group leader in the C group, C group leader in the B group. Nausea and vomiting occurred: A group of 6 times, B group 2 times, C group 1 times. The best prescription of group A, group B is better, group C is worse
