目的探讨密钙息合并介入治疗对骨转移癌的临床疗效。方法对42例骨转移癌患者采用密钙息针剂100IU肌注,每日1次,连用7d为1疗程。同时对全组病人采用经皮骨转移病灶供血动脉插管化疗药物灌注,每20d~30d介入治疗1次。结果全组42例共用密钙息1疗程28例,2疗程8例,3疗程5例,4疗程1例。CR4例,PR28例,止痛有效率为(CR+PR)76.1%(32/42)。治疗前活动能力Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级为17例,治疗后为29例,活动能力有效率为70.5%(12/17)。42例病人介入治疗前共有骨转移灶总数168个,介入治疗共进行147例次,每例平均3.5次,治疗后病灶总数减为147个,参照实体瘤疗效标准统计CR6例,PR14例,总有效率(CR+PR)为47.6%(20/42)。结论密钙息与骨转移灶供血动脉介入化疗,既能明显缓解骨癌造成的剧痛,同时使转移灶缩小,不失为晚期骨转移癌一种有效治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dense calcium and interventional therapy on bone metastases. Methods Forty-two cases of bone metastases were treated with intramuscular injection of 100 IU of MCI injection once daily for 7 days. At the same time, the patients in the whole group were perfused with percutaneous bone metastasis lesions and catheterized with chemotherapy drugs, and interventional treatment was performed every 20 days to 30 days. RESULTS: In the whole group of 42 patients, 28 patients shared 28 courses of calcium treatment, 2 courses of treatment, 5 courses of treatment, and 4 courses of treatment. There were 4 cases of CR and 28 cases of PR. The effective rate of analgesia was (CR+PR) 76.1% (32/42). There were 17 patients with grade I+II activity before treatment and 29 patients after treatment. The effective rate of activity was 70.5% (12/17). The total number of bone metastases was 168 before interventional therapy in 42 patients, and 147 interventions were performed in interventional therapy. The average number of cases was 3.5, and the total number of lesions after treatment was reduced to 147. CR6 cases were evaluated according to the standard of curative effect of solid tumors, and 14 cases were PR. The total effective rate (CR+PR) was 47.6% (20/42). Conclusions Interventional chemotherapy for dense calcium and bone metastases, which can not only significantly relieve the pain caused by bone cancer, but also shrink the metastases, is an effective treatment for advanced metastatic bone cancer.
