本文选用了国内3家药厂和 Merck Sharp and Dohme 药厂生产的氢氯噻嗪(25mg)片(Lot A 3120)对3种国产释放仪(黄海转篮式、武进循环式、武进转篮式)在灵敏度、分辨力、重现性和相关性等方面进行了性能考察。结果表明:国产各释放仪的灵敏度、分辨力都很高,各仪器间的相关性极显著,重现性接近。国产释放仪与 Beckman 25-7型释放仪之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),相关性极显著(α=0.01)。某些项目的参数,国产释放仪己接近或超过 Beckman 25-7型释放仪。
In this paper, three domestic pharmaceutical companies and Merck Sharp and Dohme pharmaceutical production of hydrochlorothiazide (25mg) tablets (Lot A 3120) on the three domestic release instrument (Yellow Sea basket, Wujin cycle, Wujin basket) sensitivity , Resolution, reproducibility and relevance of the performance inspection. The results show that the sensitivity and resolution of each domestic release instrument are very high, the correlation between each instrument is very significant and the reproducibility is close. There was no significant difference between domestic release instrument and Beckman 25-7 release instrument (P> 0.05), and the correlation was significant (α = 0.01). For some project parameters, the domestic release meter has approached or exceeded the Beckman 25-7 release.
