目的：探讨作脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）时进行转颈试验对椎基底动脉供血足（ＶＢＩ）的诊断意义。方法：对４２例 ＶＢＩ病人眩晕间歇期患者作 ＢＡＥＰ检测时做转颈试验，并与 ３３例正常人对照。结果：ＶＢＩ组ＢＡＥＰ转颈试验阳性率６２％（２６／４２），与对照组比较有非常显著性差异。结论：转颈试验可提高ＢＡＥＰ的阳性率，对ＶＢＩ诊断有参考意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic significance of revolving neck test for vertebrobasilar arterial blood supply (VBI) in brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP). Methods: A total of 42 VBI patients with dizziness intermittent period were examined by BAEP, and were compared with 33 normal controls. Results: The positive rate of BAEP neck rotation test in VBI group was 62% (26/42), which was significantly different from the control group. Conclusion: The cervical spine test can increase the positive rate of BAEP, which has reference significance for the diagnosis of VBI.
