最近,住建部等7部门联合发布《关于改善贫困村人居卫生条件指导意见》,明确到2020年年底,所有贫困村达到人居卫生条件标准,基本消除人居卫生健康隐患,大幅度降低人居卫生条件恶劣导致的疾病发生率,促使农民群众养成文明健康的生活习惯。意见要求,贫困村人居卫生条件要达到居民饮用水基本安全,户户实现人畜分居,卫生厕所普及率明显提高,人畜粪便暴露现象基本消除,农村生活垃圾得到全面治理,农户住房具有基本的通风、采光和保温功能并保障安全等标准。

Opinion requires that poor people’s living conditions in poor villages to reach the basic safety of drinking water residents, households to achieve separation of people and livestock, toilet penetration rate was significantly improved, human and animal feces exposure was basically eliminated, rural garbage was fully controlled, farmers have basic ventilation, Lighting and insulation features and ensure safety and other standards.
