目的:探讨健胃愈疡颗粒联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将175例Hp感染消化性溃疡患者按住院顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素三联治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上加用健胃愈疡颗粒治疗。观察治疗结束时两组治愈率和总有效率、治疗结束后1年内Hp转阴率及治疗结束后2年内复发率。结果:治疗结束时,观察组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗结束后1年内观察组Hp转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗结束后2年内观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健胃愈疡颗粒联合三联疗法治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡能明显提高总有效率和Hp转阴率,降低复发率,可作为治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡的重要治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Jianweiyuyang granule combined with triple therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods: One hundred and seventy-one patients with Hp infection of peptic ulcer were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization. The control group was treated with omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin. The observation group was treated with the control group Jianwei Yuyang granule treatment. The cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups at the end of treatment were observed. The Hp negative conversion rate within 1 year after the end of treatment and the recurrence rate within 2 years after the end of treatment were observed. Results: At the end of treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After 1 year of treatment, the Hp negative conversion rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) The recurrence rate in the observation group after 2 years was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jianweiyuyang granule combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Hp infection of peptic ulcer can significantly improve the total effective rate and Hp negative rate, reduce the recurrence rate, and can be used as an important treatment for Hp infection of peptic ulcer.
