本文在对各种不同的抖动测量方法进行比较的基础上,对鉴相转换法测抖动进行了详细的分析,提出了设计的基本原则并介绍了具体设计和制作的二次群数码率锁相环抖动测量装置,它基本上满足了光接收机时钟抖动测量的要求。本设计所使用的器件速度与二次群所使用的器件速度一致,因此当数码率提高时,本设计方法仍然适用。 由于测量的精度最终要受到标定精度的限制,本文引入了一种新的标定方法。在不增加设备的情况下,可以将标定的精度提高一个数量级。对光接收机时钟抖动的测量表明,鉴相转换法测量抖动是比较理想的。
Based on the comparison of various jitter measurement methods, this paper analyzes the phase jitter of the phase-change conversion method in detail and presents the basic principles of the design and introduces the design and fabrication of the quadratic-group digital rate phase-locked Ring jitter measurement device, which basically meets the optical receiver clock jitter measurement requirements. The speed of the device used in this design is the same as the speed of the device used in the second group, so this design method still applies when the digital rate increases. Since the accuracy of measurement is ultimately limited by the calibration accuracy, a new calibration method is introduced in this paper. The accuracy of the calibration can be increased by an order of magnitude without adding equipment. The measurement of optical receiver clock jitter shows that the phase-shift method is ideal for jitter measurement.
