棉花脱叶剂TDZ无论以纯品的10％DMSO溶液或可湿性粉刺Dropp水悬浮液的形式加入到B_5培养甚中,均能比BA更有力地诱导芥莱型油莱(Brassica juncea)品种“遵义竹桠”的种子在离体培养中形成多芽苗。在芽簇继代繁殖中,TDZ促进芽苗增殖的能力比BA大100倍以上。由TDZ诱导形成的芽簇分割出的单芽,当转移到不含细胞分裂素的培养甚上后,能正常生根和形成再生小植株。
