May 6, 2014 Rules for Pre-project Assessment of Government Legislation Article 1 (Purpose) These Rules are formulated for the purpose of scientifically determining the legislative items, improving the quality of the drafting of the draft laws and the efficiency of the audit work. Article 2 (Scope and Validity) Relevant departments and units (hereinafter referred to as drafting units) shall declare and report to the provincial government
