随着改革开放的深化,浙江省供销社外向型经济取了可喜的成就,初步形成了工贸结合、内外贸结合的供销外向型经济格局。但是,从总体上看,浙江省供销社外向型经济发展还处在起步阶段,步子不够快,发展不平衡,较突出的问题有:自身优势未得到很好的发挥;直接开展对外贸易的渠道少;“三资”企业数量少,层次低,规模小;有一定竞争力并有固定客户和市场的企业不多;在国际上有影响、创汇的拳头产品少;人才培养滞后。因此,加快发展供销社外向型经济,首先必须采取有效措施解决上述的突出问题,充分认识到发展供销社外向型经济既是整个社会经济
With the deepening of reform and opening up, the export-oriented economy of Zhejiang’s supply and marketing cooperative has made gratifying achievements and initially formed an export-oriented economy with the combination of industry and commerce and the combination of domestic and foreign trade. However, on the whole, the export-oriented economy of Zhejiang’s supply and marketing cooperatives is still in its infancy. The steps are not fast enough and the development is uneven. The outstanding problems are: its own advantages have not been fully demonstrated; direct channels for foreign trade The number of “three-capital” enterprises is small, the rank is low and the scale is small; there are not many enterprises that have certain competitiveness and fixed customers and markets; there are few fist products that have an impact on the world and earn foreign exchange; and the personnel training lags behind. Therefore, to speed up the development of export-oriented economy, we must first take effective measures to solve the above outstanding problems, fully realize that the development of export-oriented economy is not only the entire social economy
