目的:分析贵州某高校学生消化道传染病发病特点,为该高校在日后工作中良好的预防消化道传染病提供借鉴。方法:收集贵州某高校在2014年10月至2016年10月爆发的消化道传染疾病相关资料和处理方法,结合对该高校学生的调查,采用多种方法对因素进行逐步回归式分析,探究贵州该高校学生消化道传染病发病特点。结果:通过多因素逐步回归方法,结合学生对消化道传染病的描述,该高校在2014年10月至2016年10月中,共爆发细菌性痢疾9起、伤寒副伤寒15起、霍乱与副祸乱6起,共报告病例达1246,以春秋季学生开学为消化道传染病高发期。结论:在贵州该高校学生消化道传染疾病中常见的发病特点为恶心呕吐、体温持续高热、腹痛、腹泻等。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of gastrointestinal infectious diseases in a university student in Guizhou and provide references for the prevention of digestive tract diseases in this university. Methods: The data and treatment methods of digestive tract infectious diseases in a university in Guizhou from October 2014 to October 2016 were collected. Based on the investigation of the students in this university, the factors were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis with multiple methods to explore the relationship between Guizhou The incidence of gastrointestinal infectious diseases in college students. Results: By means of multi-factor regression and combined with the description of gastrointestinal diseases, from October 2014 to October 2016, the university made 9 bacterial dysentery attacks, 15 typhoid and paratyphoid fever, 6 cases of disasters, a total of 1246 reported cases, with spring and autumn students start digestive tract infectious disease period. Conclusion: The common incidence of digestive tract diseases in Guizhou college students is nausea and vomiting, fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
