最近一段时间,文物保护问题频频地进入公众视线:在六月底召开的十一届全国人大常委会第二十七次会议上,路甬祥副委员长代表全国人大常委会执法检查组作了关于检查文物保护法实施情况的报告。从报告中可以看出,当前我国文物保护工作面临的任务依然艰巨而繁重。与此相关联的是,各地接连曝出了名人故居遭拆毁的传闻,这不仅令公众深感担忧,同时也引发了一片质疑声。可以说,文物保护问题正以一种沉重的方式摆在了国人的面前。文物是历史的影子,是灿烂文明的载体,是一个国家传统文化的记忆基因,是特定民族的历史根脉。
Recently, the protection of cultural relics frequently went public. At the 27th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 11th NPC held in late June, Vice Chairman Lu Yongxiang made a statement on behalf of the Law Enforcement Inspection Section of the NPC Standing Committee Report on the Implementation of the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics. As can be seen from the report, the tasks currently facing China’s cultural relics protection are still arduous and arduous. Related to this is the fact that rumors of the demolition of celebrity houses have been uncovered in different places, which not only aroused the public’s deep concern, but also triggered a sound of doubt. It can be said that the issue of the protection of cultural relics is being placed in front of the people in a heavy way. Cultural relics are the shadow of history, the carrier of splendid civilization, the memory gene of a country’s traditional culture and the historical root of a particular nation.
