根据汽液平衡数据和相关的气相焓和液相焓数据,利用插值和迭代法模拟精馏过程,用Ponchon-Savarit法计算精馏过程,先根据物料衡算方程、组分衡算方程和焓衡算方程,利用迭代法精算每一块塔板上的汽液组成、汽液流量以及回流量,再分别计算塔顶冷凝器、精馏段、进料板、提馏段、塔底再沸器。在Visual C++环境中,采用面向对象的方法自行设计出精馏模拟软件,通过苯-甲苯二元混合物的研究,证明该法可用于模拟精馏过程,模拟效果较好。
