医护人员的艾滋病职业暴露近年来不断发生,由于职业的原因,护士每天都要为患者做大量的处置,不可避免地直接接触艾滋病病人或HIV感染者的血液、体液和分泌物等,面临的风险非常大。我院自2004年成立艾滋病免费抗病毒门诊以来,门诊量逐年增加,迄今门诊量近3000余人,各种处置(肌肉注射、静脉注射、采血)约5000余次,无职业暴露发生。通过这几年来我院积累的艾滋病职业暴露预防经验,除严格遵守操作规程外加强医护人员的安全防范意识和防范措施是预防艾滋病职业暴露工作中的重中之重。

Through the past few years our hospital accumulated experience in HIV prevention and occupational exposure, in addition to strictly abide by the rules and regulations to strengthen health workers awareness of safety precautions and preventive measures is to prevent occupational exposure to AIDS in the top priority.
